- For those of us who are newcomers to this, could someone tell me how one
- avoids getting stuck with bad merchandise? For example, what happens if
- you get something via UPS-COD, plug it in the next day, and find out that
- it doesnt work? Does UPS pick up the package and give you your money
- back, or do you have to work it out with the shipper? ...
