  15. For those of us who are newcomers to this, could someone tell me how one
  16. avoids getting stuck with bad merchandise? For example, what happens if
  17. you get something via UPS-COD, plug it in the next day, and find out that
  18. it doesnt work? Does UPS pick up the package and give you your money
  19. back, or do you have to work it out with the shipper? ...
