- I have a Quantum 40S Prodrive
- (40 megs formatted, 1/2 height, 5 1/4 inch, SCSI)
- that I want to replace with a larger drive (I have a SUN workstation).
- I'd like $100+shipping costs for it.
-
- I also have a Fujitsu M2246E
- (170 meg, 130 meg formatted, ESDI.. WITH SCSI adaptor board).
- I have been having a few problems trying to get it to work with my SUN.
- I'm pretty sure this is only cause the sun 4/110 has what is referred to
- as a "SCSI-wierd" interface :-)
- Formatting it right is the troublesome part.
- However, I'm using it right now, with 90 megs of stuffs on it, with
- *no problem*
-
- It's a *full-height* drive. I'd like $200 for it, plus shipping costs.
- I'll also let ya have a fairly solid external housing for it for $50.
- This is NOT a "PC case" type thing. but it is originally intended for
- this kind of drive. it has nice shock-absorbing thingies on it.
