  26. You don't need to pay until you can inspect/test the transcievers.

  28. These transcievers have been on the shelf for about 2-4 years.  New in 
  29. the box they have not been used.  They are made by TCL Incorporated, part
  30. number 2010IS.  This is the 802.3 Version, and is intended for Thick 
  31. Ethernet.  However, this part number does not come with the connector 
  32. that clamps onto the Thick Ethernet Cable.  You can buy these for $2.68  
  33. each (quanitity 40, plus tax/shipping) from TCL (415-657-3800).  
  34. You will need three special tools to install this custom connector 
  35. on the cable.  I don't know how much these cost.
