  24. The rate is DTE-DCE, the maximum DCE-DCE rate the modem is capable of is
  25. 23,000 bps half duplex (using Super Pep proprietory Telebit protocol) or
  26. 14,400 bps full duplex with V.32bis. The half duplex rate is actually pretty
  27. close to real DCE-DCE throughput since the modem provides protocol spoofing.
