  15. This computer was the state of he art about a hundred years ago...
  16. it has 272K RAM, but only needs 96K to run its ROM applications, leaving
  17. 176K as a RAM disk.  Having owned the thing for almost ten years, I
  18. have rarely needed more that the RAM disk.  I've used the 3.5" drive
  19. just for backups.  I've found the machine to be an extremely capable
  20. capable lotus123 machine.

  22. It also has a terminal emulator and a text editor included as ROM
  23. applications.  The terminal emulator is 95% ANSI compatible, making
  24. it useless as as a DEC terminal (sigh!), and the text editor ( which I wrote
  25. this plea on ) is the most primative thing I've ever seen.... doesn't even
  26. have a search function.... (SIGH!)

  28. However, since it has lotus123 in ROM, including even the help screens,
  29. it is faster that most hard disks....

  31. Anyway... I have a terminal, and need a modem.... so this HP110, and
  32. the HPIL 3.5" floppy drive are for sale for $150 plus shipping.
