  26. I have been ripped off by Vincent (or so it seems).

  28. He offered to trade a 486 Motherboard for my 95LX palmtop.  Since
  29. he has received my palmtop, and I have not gotten the board, I believe
  30. that he has dupped me.

  34. My guess is that if we warn folks, and perhaps flood his email, he may
  35. go away or behave like a small business man and honor his commitments.

  43. I would suggest you not dealing with him.  I order a Sportster modem
  44. from him for $290.  I know that he got my Money Order last Saturday
  45. because I use certified mail.  I have not receive the modem since.  He
  46. said the FeDExpress shipping is included.   I emailed him several time
  47. and I got no response.

  53. I have the same problem. I bought a hard disk from Vincent Poy, sent
  54. him $100 deposit, but have not heard from him ever since. I tried to
  55. contact him last Friday, then Monday but with no success! Do you
  56. know if this guy is for real? Please, let me know if you have had
  57. any business experience with Vincent Poy.

  64. of buying a hard drive and he just stopped replying.  His e-mail address
