  11. I'm thinking of launching an adjunct to my business that would help
  12. clients get their paper documentation online, most likely using SGML
  13. as the underlying data representation. For this purpose, I'll need o
  14. conduct a small marketing survey to figure out what potential clients
  15. want. If anyone who is contemplating online conversion could answer
  16. the following questions via email, I'd appreciate it. I'll post a
  17. summary of responses if there's interest.

  20. the next 12 months?
