  11.         I read your message on the School Bus collision with the fire
  12. truck from City of Rochester.  It was Quint 3.  No one was hurt
  13. seriously (THANK GOD).  I though you might be interested in the outcome
  14. of the investigation.  Well they have come to the conclusion that BOTH
  15. drivers were partially responsible, and NO charges were filed against
  16. them.
