- How about a plastic or aluminum SEAL across the handles of the kit,
- marked with the date of the last check or restock of the kit, and who

- did the check, restock, or seal. The seal is broken every time the kit
- is opened. Whoever restocks them after use notes this on the seal and

- applies the seal as described above. If you see a kit without a seal,

- you can readily identify those kits that may be in need of restock or

- may have had items removed from them.
