- Ditto for New Jersey. NO Vehicle is allowed to disobey the traffic
- laws/signals. Of course, falure to yield the right-of-way to either an
- emergency displaying a red light (emergency vehicles) or a blue light
- (volunteers' POV) is a violation of traffic regulations. (Try finding a
- cop to issue the summons)
