  23. It depends upon your state laws. In NY interferring with EMS personnel
  24. in the performance can be charged with "OGA" - Obstructing Governmental
  25. Administration.

  27. NJ has similar laws. You need to check with your department and local
  28. law enforcement.

  31. out of the way and then had him locked up..
