- I am not so sure Phd's is what we want teaching, esp in lower grades.. on the
- other hand, maybe we should consider a direct tie between senior elected and
- appointed officials and teachers salaries... say (outragious) they can only be
- 150% of the average teachers pay. (rather than double and up)
