  21. I can't figure out how you concluded that the Bally salesperson lied.

  27. because if I showed proof that I moved more than 30 miles from the

  30. ...which is exactly the case; Eric wouldn't be held liable for any
  31. additional payments on the $600 contract.  Eric didn't ask about a
  32. cancellation fee, and as far as I'm concerned, the salesperson was under
  33. no obligation to tell him since it was set out in the contract, which
  34. Eric is supposed to have read.

  36. Health spas are often accused of unshady business dealings, but I'm
  37. not sure it's justified in this case.
