- I just bought one of those enclosed, charcoal filter fryers.
- It's a Tefal and I got it for 60% off (not a good sign, ususally).
- Anyway, I need to know what kind of oil I should use with it. I want
- something that is high in monounsaturated fats, but most of the oils
- at the store do not tell you how much monounsat. there is. Also, I
- want to get something that is 'fryer-compatible'. Does anyone have
- some advice??
