- ...and this is WHY it is "normal." Since you personally are not paying
- the full bill, you feel a littel miffed at getting ripped off, but
- aren't REALLY worried about it because the insurance will pay the bulk
- of the fee. The doctor knows that, which is why he can inflate your
- bill with impunity.
