- I just got a Hitachi HB101 after a recommendation from a friend and I love it.
- I have heard that the DAK machines have minor problems with browning because
- of the large dome window. The DAK machines also produce round loaves while
- the Hitachi has a square pan. I got my machine from Target for ~$179.
-
- If you want more info there is a bread mailing list from onion.rain.com. They
- also have an archive of all back issues which may provide some good tips.
-
- Good luck.
