  14. I've been considering getting some type of home workout equipment for myself
  15. as well as the family.  Since I intend to get my cardiovascular workout from
  16. sports such as tennis, table tennis, bicycling, and strenuous climbing, I'm
  17. looking for something that is designed more for muscle toning (and some
  18. building).

  20. What brand(s) are noted to be effective for home workout equipment?  Of course,
  21. I've heard of Soloflex, but I know there are lots of them out there.  Can
  22. one machine be used for almost all muscle toning?  Is it possible to find
  23. a used machine out there?
