- I have (Twice!!!) recieved notice that I was part of some "class" which
- had brought a "class action suit", requesting me to provide documentation
- substantiating any claim I may have.
-
- In the first case (A Mistibishi TV I bought), I was able to produce the
- reciept and obtain a $40 settlement. I have not yet heard the second
- case (a bad investment I bought years ago), but I was able to find the
- original brokerage transaction reciept and file a claim. Financial
- records can easily fit into less than 1 box/year (actually, I fit about 4
- years in one small box), so I find it easier to save everything than
- worry about limitations.
