  13. Dear netters, I have a problem with the JC Whitney, a mail order
  14. auto parts company.  Could you give me some suggestions about this
  15. incident?

  17. I ordered a radar detector from JC Whitney in May 92 and was 
  18. annoyed by the false alarm, so I returned the radar detector
  19. to JC Whitney by insured postal package.  To my surprise, JC Whitney
  20. said they never receive it, so I filed a claim with the post office.
  21. Today I receive a letter from the post office said their record
  22. showed that JC Whitney did receive the item and there is nothing
  23. they can do.

  25. I'll send JC Whitney a letter asking them to resolve the dispute.  
  26. But I doubt they will do anything about it.   What options do 
  27. I have now?  Could you give me some suggestions?(small claim 
  28. court :-<)
