- Dear netters, I have a problem with the JC Whitney, a mail order
- auto parts company. Could you give me some suggestions about this
- incident?

- I ordered a radar detector from JC Whitney in May 92 and was
- annoyed by the false alarm, so I returned the radar detector
- to JC Whitney by insured postal package. To my surprise, JC Whitney
- said they never receive it, so I filed a claim with the post office.
- Today I receive a letter from the post office said their record
- showed that JC Whitney did receive the item and there is nothing
- they can do.

- I'll send JC Whitney a letter asking them to resolve the dispute.
- But I doubt they will do anything about it. What options do
- I have now? Could you give me some suggestions?(small claim
- court :-<)
