  11. My wife got in the mail an offer for the Citybank Choice Visacard and I was
  12. wondering whether there was a catch to the offer: no fee, 25 day grace
  13. period, and upto 2% rebate! This seems to make the card more attractive
  14. than e.g. the Discover Card. I know that their interest rates suck, but we
  15. don't care, since we pay off the balance each month. The only suspicious
  16. thing I noticed in the fine print was, that this offer was not valid for
  17. current Citybank cardholders. Does this mean that they plan to change the
  18. terms on me a year from now?
