- What you need to do is give them a call and give them the opportunity
- to make things right. I've been doing business with them for a couple
- of years now. In the early days, I had problems (same as you did) with
- the "free" (bonus) subscription. I spoke with Kevin and he fixed it
- all to my satisfaction.

- aren't defrauding until they refuse to fix things (and I don't know the
- complete details of your complaint).
