  18. What you need to do is give them a call and give them the opportunity
  19. to make things right.  I've been doing business with them for a couple
  20. of years now.  In the early days, I had problems (same as you did) with
  21. the "free" (bonus) subscription.  I spoke with Kevin and he fixed it
  22. all to my satisfaction.

  25. aren't defrauding until they refuse to fix things (and I don't know the
  26. complete details of your complaint).
