  13. My wife is interested in one of these "Epilady" devices but would like some
  14. opinions from others. Are they effective? Do they hurt? How long before the
  15. hairs regrow? There is also another device which looks like an electrolysis
  16. gadget (called "Finally Free"). Is this similar to the Epilady? The ad says
  17. it doesn't hurt - but does it? How long before the hairs regrow?
