  21. Join the 24th contingent of the Venceremos Brigade for two weeks
  22. in Cuba April 22 thru May 6, 1993.  Be a witness to Cuba firsthand
  23. and a participant in this historic expression of solidarity
  24. between the U.S. and Cuban peoples.
  25.  
  26. For the 24th consecutive year, the Venceremos Brigade will visit
  27. schools, hospitals, cooperatives, biotechnology institutes, and
  28. other sites.  We'll hear speakers on racism the vital youth
  29. movement, and health care (including AIDS).  In close and informal
  30. dialogues we will meet with members of a Committee to Defend the
  31. Revolution (block organizations), the ecumenical community,
  32. cultural groups, and veterans of Cuba's internationalist
  33. missions.

  35. We'll walk around Havana and the countryside, and have the
  36. opportunity to get the Cuban perspective by working side by side
  37. with the Cubans.  Finally, the highlight of the 24th Contingent
  38. will be the Venceremos Brigade joining one million Cubans in the
  39. world's largest May Day parade.

  41. Cost:  $950-$1200, sliding scale by income--includes all
  42. transportation, meals and accommodations.
