  13.   It looks like flow control does not work as described in the man
  14. pages. Screen interprets ^S and ^Q as XOFF and XON with flow contol
  15. off (as set in my .screenrc and reported by C-a i). Scrolling through
  16. possbile settings using C-a f to no avail.
  17. This is pain in the neck because most of my applications are
  18. configured for emacs-style commands.  My system is Ultrix 4.2A, the
  19. shell is bash 1.12.1
