  16. Yes.  In my case, I found out that I had mis-configured the Makefile.
  17. I got the first GNU_DIFF3_OR_NOT_OR_WHATS_MY_NAME right, but a related
  18. configuration switch about 6 lines later was logically inverted which
  19. I was to dumb & hasty to see.

  21. The RCS configuration instructions are pretty well done, so I didn't
  22. think of a config error when the tests didn't run thru.  Your case
  23. might be different, of course, but I know that I lost quite some time
  24. on my error...
