- In a related question, why is there an upper limit on acceptable
- values of tab-width? When it is set to any value above 20, Emacs
- seems to ignore it altogether and use 8 instead.

- Believe it or not, I *have* on occasion wished to use tab-width's of
- 25 or more. Does anyone know what's behind this limit of 20?
