  14. We have gnu-emacs (18.55) running on our cluster. A few of the emacs users
  15. asked me the following question:

  17. If a user puts a "printing" high ASCII code (hex range A0-FF) and if the 
  18. current font is an 8 bit font, then how can we tell the emacs screen-display
  19. to display the code in the font rather than display an octal version of it.
  20.  
  21. Being a novice emacs user myself, I am not sure how to do it myself.
  22. Any help/suggestion from anyone will be greatly appreciated.
