  11. It seems that I've had a few (but only a few :-)) spare moments on my 
  12. hands lately...
  13.  
  14. I know it's only been a week since I announced 0.3, but... I did some 
  15. "conceptual" cleanup to the code in 0.3; thus creating 0.4, *AND* brought 
  16. the R4 version into "sync" with the R5 version, so I think it warrants
  17. another announcement.
  18.  
  19. Now the R4 version has all the bug fixes, and all the added features of 
  20. the R5 version.  
  21.  
  22. Both versions compile cleanly on Sun SPARC, SunOS 4.1.1, w/ SunOS bundled
  23. compiler.  Both have been tested with all the M.I.T. client applications 
  24. distributed on the respective release tapes.
  25.  
  26. All ongoing work is done on the R5 version.  Feel free to report bugs on,
  27. or suggest improvements to, either version, however I probably won't release
  28. another R4 version -- switch to R5!
  29.  
  30. There are now patch files between all R5 versions.
