  15. Hello netters,
  16. I am investigating the possiblity of using a Mac for an
  17. X windows terminal.  I need to link to a network of SGI
  18. machines.  I have a couple of questions:
  19. 1)  what is the best software to use (XView? others?)?
  20. 2)  How powerful a Mac does you need to get reasonable
  21.     performance?  Would a plain Mac II work ok?

  23. I would appreciate hearing from anybody who is using a
  24. Mac for an X terminal.  Please respond to me and I
  25. will summarize for the Net.
