- Yes, the O'Reilly *list* of books should be included in Ken's list. If he
- continues to ignore the value of these books, I wonder if he has a hidden
- agenda? and if not, why the reluctance to include the books in the his
- bibliography, with a seperate mention for each.

- from each other, and have paid for themselves many times over.
