  17. I wanted the bibliography to be useful to readers, not necessarily to
  18. publishers.  Do readers really want the O'Reilly books listed
  19. separately; alphabetically by author?  Or does anyone really care?

  21. I was under the impression that most readers consider the "Definitive
  22. Guides" to be a set and prefer them listed together.  Note that
  23. O'Reilly books that are not part of this series are already listed
  24. separately.
