- I wanted the bibliography to be useful to readers, not necessarily to
- publishers. Do readers really want the O'Reilly books listed
- separately; alphabetically by author? Or does anyone really care?

- I was under the impression that most readers consider the "Definitive
- Guides" to be a set and prefer them listed together. Note that
- O'Reilly books that are not part of this series are already listed
- separately.
