  11.   Is there a way to set OpenWindows version 2 such that when a window
  12. is created the user uses the mouse to determine where the window is to
  13. be placed rather the default OpenLook policy of placing windows
  14. diagonally down the display? With mwm I can set the resource
  15. InteractivePlacement and with twm it seems to happen by default.
