- Mail Tool V3 allows the user to append any arbitrary "signature" file that was
- previously created. Select "Properties..." under the "Edit" menu. This displays
- a dialog box. Select the "Template category. Add your signature file. Apply
- the changes. Now compose a letter. After typing your letter, append the signature
- file by selecting it under the "Template" submenu of the "Include" menu. Note that
- it is not required to name the file.signature, and, also, not required that it
- reside in your root directory.
