  22. Mail Tool V3 allows the user to append any arbitrary "signature" file that was 
  23. previously created.  Select "Properties..." under the "Edit" menu.  This displays
  24. a dialog box.  Select the "Template category.  Add your signature file.  Apply
  25. the changes.  Now compose a letter.  After typing your letter, append the signature
  26. file by selecting it under the "Template" submenu of the "Include" menu.  Note that
  27. it is not required to name the file.signature, and, also, not required that it
  28. reside in your root directory.
