  20. Just read the man page: Under GLOBAL RESOURCES you'll find:
  21.  
  22.     IconFlashCount (integer)
  23.         Number of times to flash the open/close "zoom" lines.
  24.         Default value: 3

  26. So you just have to insert the following line into your .Xdefaults file:
  27. olwm.IconFlashCount: 0
