  13. Here is the long awaited report about the MtE detection tests that we
  14. performed at VTC-Hamburg.  It is rather longish, so maybe Ken should
  15. consider splitting it into parts.  Normally, I should have put it for
  16. anonymous ftp, instead of publishing it here, but the preliminary
  17. results of the tests raised enough interest and discussions, so I
  18. decided to publish it in a whole in this newsgroup.  Nevertheless, it
  19. - -is- available for anonymous ftp as
