  15. We have a couple of source and header files which include 
  16. lines like the following:

  18. #define GRG "%Y%S%d%M%"

  20. The problem is that an SCCS get <filename> reads the %Y%S%d%M%
  21. as ID keywords (which is not what they are intended to be) and 
  22. expands it to the date, time, version id etc. thereby turning the 
  23. line into garbage.

  25. Does anyone know a way of supressing keyword expansion under SCCS?
  26. I know I could use sccs get -e <filename>, keeping the file out
  27. for edit at all times, and I am doing this as a quick fix, but need
  28. a way of supressing the keyword expansion to cure the problem
  29. properly.
