- Symptom: User tries to pull down a session manager window. The display
- freezes, except for the mouse. One needs to log in remotely and kill the
- session manager to regain conreol of the display.

- This is occuring on a 5000/200 PX, 5000/200 PXG and 5000/240 HX.

- Also: the DECstation 5000/200 PX cannot be left with the screen in paused mode
- overnight without risking the DECstation refusing logins. The display cannot
- be un-paused, and remote logins get connected, but no login prompt.
