  13. There is a KNOWN problem with lockd in ULTRIX 4.2A.  There is a set of kernel
  14. updates and a new lockd available from DEC support, and 4.3 is suppost to have
  15. these incorporated.

  17. We ran into the problem right away when we upgraded to 4.2A.  It would eventualy
  18. cause the system to panic, since it was not releasing any locks acquired via
  19. lockf(3).

  23.     /usr/etc/lockd
