  10. Could someone give me a good recommendation which ID's to choose?

  12. Config: DS3100, Ultrix 4.2 (soon 4.3)

  14. I will plug in a sixth device, a hard disk, and have only ID 7 unused.
  15. I have read in an older article that ID 7 was reserved for a real time
  16. cpu because it has the highest interrupt. But actually there is none,
  17. so I could use it.

  19. The devices are for now:

  21. ID 0 - RZ24 root and swap
  22. ID 1 - RZ56 data
  23. ID 2 - Fuji M2266S data
  24. ID 3 - DAT HP35480A
  25. ID 4 - RRD42
  26. ID 5 - TZ30

  28. Shall I change the slowest device to ID 7 (TZ30) or just put the new disk
  29. to ID 7?
