  16. I have a similar inquiry, except that I am trying to use a DECserver 700
  17. to handle the modem and serial port interfaces. I don't know how the 
  18. connection between the DEC5000 and the DECserver is made for incoming
  19. SLIP sessions on the DECserver, but I can only assume that raw IP is
  20. used and the SLIP protcol stops at the DECserver. My question is what
  21. do I have to configure on the DEC5000 for this to work? Does it really
  22. have anything to do with SLIP, since the DECserver is handling all of 
  23. that stuff?
