  14. It seems at least the XUI version of Xprompter somehow locks the Xws
  15. server for exclusive access (I think using XGrabServer()).
  16. Therefore, another prg as f.i. xv will open the display, and its first
  17. output to it sends it to sleep... until the prompter disappears.
