  18. I have a 700k program compiled from Fortran which runs fine on 
  19. 2 DECstations 3100 both with 8Mb
  20. of memory one with Ultrix 4.0 the other with Ultrix 4.1. However, when I
  21. tried to run the same program on a DECstation 3100 with 20Mb of memory 
  22. with Ultrix 4.0 it core-dumped.

  24. Running dbx shows that the program stopped at line 3, which is a
  25. comment line (so are the 2 lines proceeding it). The source code has not
  26. been changed since the compilation. In other words, it core-dumps
  27. before it starts executing the first statement, possibly while it's
  28. loading.  I guess this is paging related. How do I find out
  29. and fix it? Specifically, how do I find out about the configuration
  30. regarding the paging space the system is using? And how do I change
  31. that?
