  13. Hi netters:
  14. I have an URGENT PROBLEM on Ultrix O/S. I want to know if there is any
  15. way , a PARENT process which receives a signal from one of its
  16. child processes , find out the PROCESS ID (pid) of that child 
  17. when/after the signal is received.

  20. I searched the man pages and some other UNIX versions
  21. but could not find any utility. Atleast, the signal() ,
  22. sigvec() calls do not give info as regards the pid of the
  23. interrupting process.
