  25. This one irritates me too, but I have no doubt that when push comes to shove,
  26. I will be able to make my saledude so miserable if he doesn't get a workable
  27. solution, that small miracles will occur... Worked before :)

  34. I dont' know what the expected dec jobmix is, but on my 2 240's with
  35. RZ25's, RZ26's, RZ57's, HP97560's, Micropolis 1528's, and RZ55's, 
  36. disk performance has been uniformly improved.  In most of my cases, nearly
  37. a factor of 3.

  39. 1 machine is used as a server for 5 xterminals that see some moderate usage
  40. from graduate students doing program development, that same node also 
  41. functions as the campus newsserver, and a medium sized FTP site.
  42. No problems so far.

  44. The other machine is my machine, dual HX cards, RZ25 disks, and other
  45. stuff, and disk performance on it is improved as well.  The mix on my
  46. machine is probably much more eclectic than the "average" workstation mix,
  47. and I'm not having any problems.\

  49. For what it's worth, I congratulate DEC on the 4.3 release.  Nice work
  50. dudes and dudettes...
