- Phil,
-
- I have been using a NEC Colormate with 8 meg of memory. It is a color
- wax transfer
- postscript printer with serial, parallel, and appletalk ports. It also
- has a scsi interface
- for attaching a disk to hold additional fonts and reduce font download
- times. We don't
- use any additional fonts so I don't use that feature. I have been very
- happy with it
- and have had no problems. This is only my opinion. I will point out
- that I have it connected
- to a sun sparcstaton parallel port on an sbus card. At some point in
- the future I will be
- connecting it to a DecStation 5000/125 either on the serial port, or on
- my breakout box
- with two parallel ports.
-
- Cheers, Keith
