  22. Check for the file .startxrc at your home directory. Also check files in
  23. /usr/bin/X11 and /usr/lib/X11. If all this is fine, try to start the X
  24. processes manually (X, mwm, odtterm , etc ...) from a remote terminal to
  25.  your default display and check if there is any failure.
