- Check for the file .startxrc at your home directory. Also check files in
- /usr/bin/X11 and /usr/lib/X11. If all this is fine, try to start the X
- processes manually (X, mwm, odtterm , etc ...) from a remote terminal to
- your default display and check if there is any failure.
