- I would like to be able to use my Intel Satisfaxtion (the
- "classic" model, I think now known as the Satisfaxtion 200)
- under ISC 3.0.
-
- I've tried to get it to work under VP/ix. I set it up as a
- DDA device using I/O range 0x350-0x35f and IRQ 10 (the settings
- I use under regular DOS). The SATISFAX.SYS driver gives a
- message saying the board is "set up to use an interrupt that is
- already being used by other hardware". When I try and use the
- Intel SETUP.EXE program that came with the board to install
- the software, it hangs, causing me to have to kill vpix.
- The modem port on the Satisfaxtion cards works fine under VP/ix.
-
- Has anyone got this to work under any version of VP/ix?
-
- Alternativly, does anyone know of any FAX software for
- native UNIX, either commercial or PD, that supports the
- Intel Satisfaxion card?
