- I'm a programmer for Dell Version 4.0 for the 386. I have been wanting to
- install a better version of telnet, but after looking into <arpa/telnet.h>
- I've determined this is almost impossible. The defines just aren't there.
-
- However, I do notice the file does include a binary option... which the
- executable doesn't use, aparrently. So what I'm really looking for is a
- version of telnet that includes the binary option, yet will still compile
- on this sytem with minor changes. The other telnets I have looked at so
- far are mostly BSD sources, and they implement all sorts of things that
- my include files don't support.
-
- Any help or direction in finding a better telnet that has a binary option
- is MUCH appreciated.
