- I have used the open-reel tape drives by "Kennedy" and "Cipher" on
- the SVR4.0.3 SCSI tape driver "st01" with only minor complications.
- One may need to set the st01 driver to "variable block size" mode
- with "tapecntl -v" unless your tape has only 512 byte records.
