  84. Most of the commerical applications usually have the same look and feel
  85. over different platforms. I mean Corel Draw under Windows has the same
  86. look and feel with the UNIX version.

  99. That's what window manager supposed to do. (Like the name says 
  100. "window manager"). The application should be the same.
  101. (Actually if I understand it correctly, if the aplication is based on 
  102. tcl you supposed to be able to taylor the apps with tcl's "send" command).
